Merry Christmas and Happy New Year as we reflect back on 2023. It was definitely challenging times in the mortgage industry, so I would like to thank all the families who are with us that we had the opportunity to help build a home through a construction loan, or purchase a new home or refinance your home. I also want to thank all the real estate agents, the builders, all our friends and family who refer clients to us. Without you, it would not be possible and I want to say thank you and I'm very grateful.
