This time of the year is the time that I normally sit back and reflect and look in the past and the things that really worked really well this year and the things that we can do to improve. And today I was in a meeting with Jackie Russo with Brand University and a group of agents at Maison Title, one of our sponsors, and the topic was balance. So one of the things that I committed to doing different next year is bringing our masterminds book studies back, where we will get a group of people together and we'll cover an entire book in an hour, an hour and a half.
