Hello everyone and welcome to this episode of Mortgage Mitigation. I am so excited to have cousin friend Heidi Leukette in the house with me today. How are you, Miss Heidi?
Speaker 2:I'm good, I'm good.
Speaker 1:You know, it's always so great when you have the opportunity to work with family. It just brings life to a different level, right it does. And what a strange coincidence you end up in the same world with Frannie and I, right it is. How much of the family do you think is going to listen to this episode?
Speaker 2:All of them? Okay, so let's show them how good we are. Are you ready?
Speaker 1:Yes, so tell me a little bit about yourself.
Speaker 2:I came into this industry in 2022 and looking for a change, needing something different in life. I had built my own home and decided I really enjoyed that process, so I wanted to explore this opportunity a little bit more. Can you say?
Speaker 1:that one more time. Yes, really enjoyed that process. I really enjoyed the process of building and you know that's the ticket. So many people you know we really walk you in and we get you through that process. So if you're nervous or scared, we're going to take you through it one step at the time and hide it. Fully understand that process. So tell us who you're working for.
Speaker 2:I'm working for Crew Construction and Development Group out of Lafayette.
Speaker 1:And tell me a little bit about Crew Construction. Who are the owners? Tell me a little bit about the homes you all build and which I'll specialize in. Okay.
Speaker 2:Reagan Tatford started the company and he is from Lafayette, louisiana. He's a veteran, he was in the construction business in the oil and gas industry and he decided to try to find an opportunity that would bring him home with his family. He has three young children and he wanted something that would bring him back to Louisiana, back to Lafayette, to where he could raise his family.
Speaker 1:And that's what brought him to the residential world. Yes, and I'm so grateful he did, because it gave us opportunity to work with you. So we have a huge event coming up it's called the Parade of Homes, where it gives every builder the opportunity to spotlight their work, and Reagan, historically, has had a showstopper, so he's so excited. So tell me a little bit about the home that he's building. Where is it located?
Speaker 2:first, the home we have for sale is at 601 Guntergrass Court in Audubon Lakes. This home is 3,196 square feet. It's a five bedroom, three and a half bath.
Speaker 1:Wow, that's huge.
Speaker 2:Amazing.
Speaker 1:Awesome. So what are some of the wire factors of the house? What's your favorite room in the house?
Speaker 2:The most unique feature to Lafayette is that we have a retractable wall. It is a tiled wall that raises behind the range, giving you access to the scullery behind it I can't wait to see that. It raises with a remote.
Speaker 1:Well, parade of Homes is definitely around the corner. It will begin on April 13th and you'll have two weekends to view the home. Okay, again, where is the home?
Speaker 2:located 601 Guntergrass Court in Lafayette, Louisiana.
