Okay, I'm very familiar with that, really convenient spot yeah. Yeah, Gorgeous, gorgeous neighborhood. So, Corey Seymour, let's talk about the builder. He's been around for several, several years. I had the pleasure of meeting his parents at one point. I mean just a really solid, nice guy. What made you decide? How did? How did your partnership?

Actually our cabinet maker connected us, so Jeff connected us and he's been awesome to work with. So we have worked together through because of him and I think we're on our sixth house together now.

Right right. This is a custom, very custom home. Every detail was customized for this client.

Well, tell me about the bells and whistles in this house.

So it is beautiful. It's a very traditional architecture plan and the architecture is we've got dental molding on the outside, beautiful stonework all throughout, but we do have a few modern twists. So we have a lot of modern lighting, a lot of modern stonework happening. So we've got full backsplashes in the kitchen, in the bar very swanky bar We've got a diamond pattern tile in the foyer Really cool, definitely a must see. Very cool study that's all dark, with a custom wood ceiling, wood paneling and a lot of the house. It's a knockout. It's a beautiful, beautiful house, definitely a must see well, I cannot wait to see it.

else besides new builds? Yes, remodels. We do a lot of remodels, a lot of additions and a lot of new builds and then a lot of just decorating. If we want drapes, if you want accessories, we do a lot of furniture. So we are always looking for it to expand and we love working with people in Acadiana.
